Duties:

• Maintain a high level of hospitality and professionalism with each team member and guest
• Warmly welcome guests and answering questions throughout the evening.
• Ensure all steps of service are followed
• Answer any questions about the rotating menu and courses
• Be prepared to answer questions regarding the preparation methods
• Take and serve beverage orders
• Complete any beginning or closing shift duties

Must be able to work weekends and holidays
