Savor Chef-Crafted Culinary Excellence
Unwind in the Whitehorse Steakhouse with a limited-time menu, handcrafted by Chef Navarro and the team. Enjoy a 4 or 5 course meal, often featuring a table-side flambé, all set to live music. Celebrating a special occasion? choose an upgrade package for personalized table decorations and a festive atmosphere.
Round out your evening with s’mores and cigars (available for purchase) around our campfires. Overnight guests in our on-site suites or RV Resort enjoy extra amenities includign our hot tubs and pools, walking trails, playgrounds, pickleball and more!
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: Due to the extremely limited availability of our experiences, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or reschedule requests. This is a strict No Cancellation policy. The only exception to this policy is in the event of lightning, in which case we will work with you to ensure guest safety and change the date or time to the best of our ability.

1st Course
Confit cherry tomatoes and fresh sliced mozzarella roasted in the oven and garnished with fresh basil, balsamic truffle glaze drizzle and balsamic caviar. Served with garlic parmesan crustini’s.
2nd Course
Fruity cucumber salad with green apple, honeydew melon, peas, snap peas and green goddess spread.
3rd Course
Rosemary cucumber gin and tonic slushee with gold glitter sugar rim and cotton candy (non-alcoholic option as well)
4th Course
Bed of Roasted Asparagus and Leek Leaves topped with Filet Mignon and Duchess Potato with Parsnip Puree
