Friday, January 22nd
3:00 – 4:00PM – Cabin Check-In – Arrive and settle in to your accommodations
5:30 PM – Welcome at the Capybara Bistro – Kick off the retreat with welcome cocktails and light bites at the Capybara Bistro! Meet the other couples and ease into Ranch life!
7:00pm – Permanent Jewelry Experience – Choose a special piece of permanent jewelrey as a keepsake from your weekend while enjoying drinks, music and conversation.
8:30pm – Fireside Under the Stars – cocktails, s’mores, music and a cozy first evening together beneath the Texas stars.
Friday evening is intentionally casual with no formal chef dinner.
Saturday, January 23
9:00 AM – Couples Breakfast
10:30 AM – Couples Craft Experience – Get creative together with a fun, hands-on craft activity. All supplies are provided. Create something special to take home as a memory of your weekend.
12:30 PM – Winery Visit & Lunch – Head off the ranch for a winery date. Enjoy lunch, wine, beautiful surroundings, and time together.
3:30 PM – Arrive back at the Ranch
4:30 PM – Couples Dance Lesson – Learn some new moves together during a fun, relaxed couples dance lesson.
5:30 PM – Sunset Cocktails
6:30 PM – Four-Course Chef Dinner & wildlife Experience – one of the signature evenings of the retreat – enjoy an elevated four-course chef dinner paired with an immersive Oak Meadow Ranch wildlife experience!
9:30pm Nightcap for Two – Return to your accommodations and enjoy some private time together!

10:30 AM – Church Service with Pastor Nelson – Or Couples Connection Time
12:00 PM – Wildlife Encounter – Spend time with some of Oak Meadow Ranch’s incredible ambassador animals.
1:30 PM – Chef- Prepared Lunch
3:00pm Pool & Hot Tub Afternoon – Change into your swimsuits and spend the afternoon relaxing at the pool and hot tub. Grab a drink, unwind and enjoy some downtime together.
4:30 PM – Hat Bar at the Longhorn Saloon – Head to the Longhorn Saloon for a western-inspired Hat Bar experience. Customize your own hat and create a one-of-a-kind keepsake from your Wild at Heart weekend.
5:30 PM – Golden Hour Couples Photos – Get ready for the evening and capture beautiful photos together around Oak Meadow ranch.
7:00PM – Farewell Dinner at the Longhorn Saloon – Tonight is all about fun – not formal! Gather at the Longhorn Saloon for a relaxed farewell dinner with great food, cocktails, music, conversation and plenty of laughter.
Come comfortable, grab a drink and enjoy your last night together at the ranch.
Monday, January 25
8:00 AM – Morning Couples Sound Bath – Begin your final morning with a peaceful guided sound bath. Relax, reset, and enjoy one last intentional moment together before returning to everyday life.
9:15 AM – Breakfast with Lemurs – End the retreat in true Oak Meadow Ranch style! Enjoy breakfast and the morning refreshments alongside some of the ranch’s most charismatic residents!
10:45 AM – Final Ranch Time – Return to your accommodations, pack, take one last walk around the Ranch and enjoy your last moments together!
12:00 PM – Check out & Departure.
